We as a whole should be self aware with awakening spirituality (often referred to as pure spirituality), which is gained through yoga and meditation. Taking long breaths in nature while stretching the body is yoga and discipline. Along with mental healing, this also enables us to take our decisions thoughtfully while being calm, cool and collected attaining a great level of patience. Mental strength being very important, Yoga is a source that makes us mentally strong.

Along with yoga we should practice conscious discipline in our real life. We should focus on self and indulge in physical activities like running and dancing to naturally boost energy.

During our day, we can practice to try new things, be hopeful than losing hope, and be focused on continuous learning.
