We as a whole should be self aware with awakening spirituality (often referred to as pure spirituality), which is gained through yoga and meditation. Mental strength being very important, Yoga is a source that makes us mentally strong.

Along with yoga we should practice conscious discipline in our real life. We should focus on self and indulge in physical activities like running and dancing to naturally boost energy.
